We have the following opportunities available for Exhibitors:
Exhibitor Booths: A limited supply of exhibitor booths are available for $350, $400 and $500, on a first come, first-served basis. All exhibitor booths include:
- One 6’ skirted table (extra skirted tables are available for $25 each)
- Two chairs
- Access to electricity
- An Enhanced Listing on www.TheSimplyOrganizedBride.com
- A $50 discount on all banner advertising on the website
- Printed acknowledgement in the Program Guide
- Promotional material inserted in the visitor bag
- Printed list of Visitors after the Bridal Show
Sponsorships: We have Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Sponsorships available for $250, $500, $1,000 and $2,500 (see description in Exhibitor Agreement at the link below).
Advertising: We offer advertising in the Program Guide for $150 - $600 as well as the option to place advertising materials in the visitor bag for $100 (see description in Exhibitor Agreement at the link below).
Early Bird Price: Deduct $50 from your total (except for advertising materials in the visitor bag) if fully paid by February 10, 2012.
Both 2012 Bridal Shows: Deduct $150 from your total (except for advertising materials in the visitor bag) if fully paid by February 10, 2012.
Additional Fee for Shared Booth: Add $75 to your total if you wish to share a booth between two companies.
